Basic phone interview and then a face to face interview with basic behavioural questions. Felt very relaxed and casual, although one of the interviewers didn't show much excitement and enthusiasm.

asked me to explain how I manage a situation with competing priorities coming from different directions and ensured goals and targets are still met.

Entretien
Applied online and contacted via phone within the week. Phone interview was quite easy, a casual chat about my current role and a couple of behavioural questions. Heard back within a few days that I was successful in making it through to a face to face interview.
The face to face interview was with 2 team leaders and lasted approximately 45 minutes. More behavioural questions such as 'tell me about a time you had a difficult customer and turned the situation around', as well as personal preference questions like 'what sort of manager's motivate you' and 'what sort of team do you like working with'.
