One telephone screening call and two face to face interviews
Interviews were based on the company values which can be found on their website. They were competency based and require you to prepare example scenarios.
2 rondas y 4 entrevistar. Preguntas behavioral y un case study de reservas. Me preguntaron sobre aspiraciones profesionales y conociemiento sobre la empresa y el sector. Luego conoci al equipo y pude hacerles preguntas sobre El dia a dia en la empresa

Entretien
I actually applied to another position, where I got declined immediately. When asked about this position, I have voiced several times my concern that I do not have the necessary skills to do the job, then they turned me down after I wasn't a close fit to the job requirements.
