Same old questions about "a time when you"... using the STAR process will win it every time.
No curve balls..just know your CV and it relevant to the role.
Good cop bad cop technique used but keep your cool and you are good.
A little technical also so you need to know your PDI stuff and scenarios.

The interview process was at an induction day where multiple candidates were present. We received a presentation and spoke to existing employees. It was an insightful day into the life of a claims handler.
quick with interview and call exercise. Easy if you have customer service experience. You get notified of your outcome in the next few days. The interview is mainly behavioural and can be tough but be honest
