An outsourced HR recruiter screened me first. The interview was held at location although hiring manager would not work in same location. There were at least 5-7 candidates and they hired from within since those canditates had the advantage.

Did one round of interview with the HR and one of the company EA with the EA looking disinterested half of the time. They won’t bother to follow up with the outcome of your application even after close to a month.
