First 2 rounds with Allegis, which is waste of time and they will provide all types of questions to prepare for the interview and after 1month of preparation then they will move our profile to Client - Flipkart. In this interview they will ask different questions which is not related to our preparation and reject us with some feedback. One positive thing is that they will provide feedback so that we can learn and perform in next interview. But interview process is very slow, Need lot of patience to wait. Good only for freshers not for experienced ppl.
