Phone into a panel interview. They asked me questions about my resume. I asked them about working at Alcon. The interview was enjoyable. We chatted for about 45 minutes. After the interview I connected with the panel members to ask further questions.

They were friendly during the interviews, but they never clarified how many stages the process included. Even when I asked, I didn’t receive an explanation of what to expect. After completing several rounds, they ghosted me.

The interview process is really nice, technical and behavior questions are not too hard. The interviewer is super friendly too, I enjoy chatting with them and the HR team also helped a lot in the interviewing process.
