I was screened by outside recruiter and then interviewed by the Inside Sales Manager. Screener was typical and asked how I heard about the job and where I was located. Inside Sales manager was very informal and we talked about my experience and my future

Sent in an application, contacted by HR and set up an interview after a several screening questions. The person that was interviewing said I would get another email for a second panel review by the end of the week. The end of week comes around, no response. I reached via email & phone the following week, still no response. Finally 2.5 weeks later, they "decided to go with another candidate" I reached out several times, and both people could not give me a legitimate reason why I was not considered? Or let me KNOW I did not make it to the next round. I think it is very inconsiderate, considering I reached out multiple times throughout the weeks. Overall, negative experience with the process and how they handle applicants.
