they ask Integrity Questions, had to go through 3 interviews with different people, once done with the interview, it was just a matter of waiting. It took the longest about a month and half. so Be patient

Fast and easy. The interviewers were kind and seemed to be genuinely interested in me not only as a interviewee but as a person, which I thought was really nice.
Very personal interview with 1 on 1 face to face setting with manager and supervisor. They ask about your technical skills and will ask you to perform a gram stain by following their SOP
