There were several rounds of phone calls. The first 1-2 calls were with the recruiter and HR rep. Then the final call was with the person who I would be working under.

Question 1
What was a difficult decision that you’ve made recently and how did you make it.
Had an initial phone interview with HR person in which they asked some basic questions to gauge my interest and experience. I had an opportunity to ask any questions I had about the company, the role, or the interview process.
A few days later I was invited back for a second phone interview with someone from the team on which I was applying to work. That interview was a bit more in depth about my experiences, and the interviewer asked me a lot of specific questions about items on my resume as well as why I wanted to work for Alarm.com and in the Product Management role in particular. Again, I had the opportunity to ask a number of questions of my own to get a better understanding of the role and the company culture.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Alarm.com and in this particular role?
2 rounds. One phone screen, one with your future manager. It was very well communicated and it was an awesome place to work for the summer. They paid for housing and everyone there was fun to work with.
