Had an initial phone interview with HR person in which they asked some basic questions to gauge my interest and experience. I had an opportunity to ask any questions I had about the company, the role, or the interview process. A few days later I was invited back for a second phone interview with someone from the team on which I was applying to work. That interview was a bit more in depth about my experiences, and the interviewer asked me a lot of specific questions about items on my resume as well as why I wanted to work for Alarm.com and in the Product Management role in particular. Again, I had the opportunity to ask a number of questions of my own to get a better understanding of the role and the company culture.
