J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aflac (Glastonbury, CT) en mars 2015
Entretien
First is a group interview to try and describe the process and commissions. They talk of 41% commission, but that is rare. They are not specific about the commission you will get or the fact that you will work under a manager that will not give up the office computer to let you get your own sales. The second interview is just to make sure you are a functioning human being. If you want to try this, then you likely will get the "job," but be prepared to go without pay for three months until you get started. You work as an independent agent, however, for the first 13 weeks they expect at leader 40 hours per week. Some places also require recruiting time "to build your business."
Scummy behavior, like others said it turned out to be a group interview even though it was never directly stated. When you're preparing for a one-on-one interview and then suddenly find yourself in a group that's absurd
The interview process had two stages. The first interview focused on providing an overview of the company, explaining its operations and culture. The second interview was conducted via call for a more in-depth discussion.
It was a relatively quick process. After attending the information session, I signed up for the Zoom interview. The entire interview lasted less than 30 minutes and was very straightforward.
