I got a call from a guy saying he saw my resume online and thought I'd be perfect for the role of benefits coordinator. I am a human resources major and I automatically assumed employee compensation and benefits position. He explained a little of what the job entailed and I didn't understand it at all and then he asked if I would be interested in setting up an interview. Stupidly I said yes and he told me it would be a great interview of four or more interviewees with a couple hiring managers. That should have been a red flag for me because group interviews almost always mean mass hirings and sales positions. I agreed to go in the next day but when I got home from work I looked into the position more and found out it was a sales job. I never showed up to the interview. He called me twice later that week to ask about how my interview went which goes to show the lack of communication in the company since I never even showed up. Haven't heard from them since.
The interview process began with a group interview, where the team first presented an overview of Aflac through a PowerPoint presentation. After that, I was invited to move forward to the first-round interview. Overall, the atmosphere felt very relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable, which made the experience much more comfortable and left me with a positive impression of the company.
The first round of the interview process was to confirm whether we were interested in the position. The hiring manager called 4 people into a zoom call to tell us about the job and did not take any questions. The next round is an individual one-on-one interview about my background.

Lied about the job and was dishonest Late to meeting,Unorganized and had many people just waiting for a moderator to come and speak to everyone that had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. Was not a good experience nor did it leave a good impression at all as an employee or if I was a potential customer.
