J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aflac (Culver City, CA) en sept. 2017
Entretien
The office in Culver City only recruited sales person, though they emailed to me saying they have different opportunities. The 1st hour is like an information session. A manager talked about what Aflac do and what benefits we might get. Then people were guided to small rooms for a short (less than 4 min) 1 to 1 interview. When I mentioned that I was interested in data analyst. The interviewer quickly ended the interview. My friend got the opportunities for a 2nd interview, though this interview was also too short (3 min) to introduce yourself to them. It seems that they don't care much about your background, as long as you are willing to help them sell insurance.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
