Entretien
The job interview process was 4 steps:
1) Call with the HR (introduction interview)
2) One hour call with Head of account management and manager (technical questions and some related to previous experience and behavior)
3) Case study (sent few days before, to prepare the analysis and powerpoint)
4) fit interview with upper management/C-levels
Interview process took around " weeks, it was very smooth! All interviewers were very clear in explaining Adikteev's business model and activities! Competent, helpful and responsive!
Overall the interview experience was excellent!

Entretien
Round 1 was with the recruiter
Round 2 was with an Account Coordinator and a Client Partner, where we went over the role to see if it's any match to what I've done previously. We also went over industry knowledge and expectations. This was then followed by a take-home Excel exercise
Round 3 was with the hiring manager, similar to the previous round where they just wanted to learn more about the candidate.
Round 4 was with the CRO, more of a culture fit stage of the interview. If it all goes well, you'll hear back almost immediately(depending on the time difference) from the recruiter to schedule the next call regarding some good news.

Entretien
Overall, a very nice, structured, and transparent process. Everyone I've met was friendly and respectful, only green flags.
First interview: HR screening call, usual questions about the experience and motivation for the role. The recruiter was friendly and gave a lot of information about the role and the company.
Second interview: case study presentation with the manager and team director, followed by an exercise that tests your understanding of performance metrics. The case study generally reflects the responsibilities of an Account Manager, you are asked to present to your client and give suggestions on campaign improvements (you are given specific conditions and questions to answer in the brief). The interviewers provided feedback on my work directly, which I valued. The exercise on metrics was short (~15 min) and interesting. In the end, I had time to ask questions about the role.
Third interview: call with the executive committee to better see the motivation and understanding of the role. You have an opportunity to ask your questions from the senior leadership.
The process took some time, so I actually canceled the last stage as I got an offer somewhere else. But they were very upfront and transparent about the time it took to interview different candidates, I appreciated the proactivity.
