      Inconvénients

      - Limited Career Growth: Few opportunities for internal advancement, and promotions often favor those who are most vocal or visible. - Office Space Constraints: Overcrowded offices due to a shift away from full-remote work, which can impact comfort and productivity. - Poor Remote Management: Remote work is inconsistently managed across teams, and full-remote employees may feel isolated or overlooked. - High Pressure & Turnover: Several cases of burnout and workplace harassment have been reported, with little support for affected employees.
