I applied and had a short interview where I answered general questions and had to read a sample call flow script. I heard back about a week later saying they were interested and I had to go back in to take a drug test and background check. A week after that I started with a week of paid training.
Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
