Informal and involved testing on computers followed by a chat with a manager. There were groups of people being interviewed at a time which made it feel more relaxed and less tense.

During the interview process, I was evaluated through multiple stages, including initial screening, interviews with various stakeholders, skill assessments, and reference checks. It provided an opportunity to showcase my abilities, demonstrate my fit for the role, and assess the company's culture.
