I was given the job after being on a few project without a real interview since I was already in the company but working as a project manager. The interview was informal with a coworker I already knew so it was fairy easy and I knew what to expect.

Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
