Very easy due to covid. Two phone interviews and a good resume and you’re in there. The third was to inform me that I was hired onboard. I started shortly the week after this call.
Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
