The interview process was very easy as the recruiter who referred me was able to set me up with tips for a successful phone interview. The phone interview was more of a conversation to get to know one another and then asked me to come in for an inperson interview which i met with the branch manager and the recruiters i'd be working with. After that I met with the vp.
