All communication was through e-mail.
When I met with the women responsible for the process, I met a tired women who showed no interest in me what so ever! This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at an interview! The interview lasted for no more than 25 minutes, and she showed no interest at all. When I asked her a few questions, she reluctantly answered as fast as she could.
Adecco is supposed to be a professional recruitment agency, and you expect their employees to be professional as well (at leat when they are leaders, as this Susan is).
I will not recommend anyone to apply for a job at/through Adecco..

The interview was typical, focused on technical questions, and lasted nearly an hour. The recruiter was polite and clearly explained the role, responsibilities, and work model with structure and professionalism.

Mi sono iscritt* al loro portale caricando il CV, poi sono stat* selezionat* per un ruolo e ho inviato una video-presentazione, che ha portato a un colloquio con un recruiter. Nel complesso, è stata una bella esperienza.
