The process is behavioral based. The really drilled and probed to all of the answers, specifically around metrics and technology. The people were very welcoming. Open office environment and everyone looked busy. I had 1 phone interview and an interview with 3 levels of the branch management team. They were really wonderful and transparent. Managed expectations so I was not surprised with what I got when I started working.

The interview was typical, focused on technical questions, and lasted nearly an hour. The recruiter was polite and clearly explained the role, responsibilities, and work model with structure and professionalism.
