Very generic process. I was interviewed by a very recently promoted Senior Manager who don't know the basics of interviewing.
It was just reading some questions from book and was not technical at all even though it was called a skill interview.
The interviewer was clearly not showing any interest during the process and was yawning in between which per me is a big red flag about the team as it shows you won't be respected.
There was no email intimation about the status and they just changed my application status in workday.
As a return candidate and that too interviewed for a Manager level I expected a bit more professionalism.

Screens any and all technologies to see your range of skills, how you handle questions outside your skillset, and your overall depth of knowledge

Very clear on what they wanted. Not trying to mislead you or make you overthink.

Case based, followed by leadership interview. A HR round was also held to discuss the terms of joining. All in all a typical consulting process, but not too many rounds as is common with MBBs.

Typical profitability business case about considerations when setting up a food business for a buffet
Round 1 HR interview - I ended up having to lead the call in the end as the recruiter wasn't drilling into the right experience in relation to the role I was interviewing for. Got ghosted after the interview with no feedback. About two weeks later, I got another invite for a Round 1 interview for a role with a different title. I reached out to the recruiter again to ask if there was a mistake or if I had been put forward for another role. No response. Decided to book in the interview anyway, so I could actually speak to a human. System errored when I tried to book the interview in the portal. After that, I just gave up. Absolutely appalling process and experience.
