2. Entrevista Técnica -> Todo lo que tiene que ver con lo técnico
3. Entrevista Cliente (si aplica) -> Si todo va bien, te invitan a una entrevista con el cliente para el "Vamos"

The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.

I cried after my interview. The recruiter ended the interview with telling me that I did everything wrong, that I answered every question wrong, and that everything on my resume was useless. He had 0 words of kindness, and was not at all encouraging to me.
