The interview process started off smoothly, with quick actions and clear communication up until the technical interview. During the interview, there was an issue with the representative not being able to turn on their camera, even though it was a requirement on my end. The interview itself went fine with the usual questions, although the scheduled 30 minutes felt insufficient for a technical interview.
Afterward, I didn't receive any feedback for several weeks. When I reached out to HR, I did not receive a response, which I found unprofessional. Overall, I feel that my time was not respected during this process.

I was a returning employee, but instead of their BPO LOB, I was applying for their IT LOB. My application wasn't even processed/looked into, even though I have the relevant experience (been working in the field for 7 years already. Maybe they shortlist because I was previously part of their BPO segment
