Two-stage interview process that spoke to soft skills and academic experience in the first interview and more towards theoretical / problem solving issues in the second interview where they are looking for out of the box thinkers at this stage rather than commercial experience

The interviewer ask me about my past experience, thought process kind of interview, interviewer really ask you everything that you say and stated either in the interview or in your CV. The interview was fully conducted in English

Self-introduction and a case study discussion with other 6 candidates, After the discussion, we need to have a presentation. The case is pretty long and intensive. It takes time to read through the whole case
