The recruitment process takes almost 2-3 months and 7-8 steps including at least 3 interviews, coding test etc. They are telling you that you don’t need Japanese skills at all and all the process is in English but at the end of process, they will suddenly call you and evaluate your Japanese skills on the phone. Also, it doesn’t matter if you are studying engineering. A person, especially a woman(because of their 50-50 goal) who had major in social studies can get this job instead of you.

There were two online interview and one online coding test. The length of interview is about 30 mins. The coding test was not mendatory but you could choose it. The coding test is quite difficult for me.
