I got call from consultancy for sale support and service management. Without looking at my previous experience they shortlisted my profile and arranged interview with hiring manager, at this point they haven'tshared JD with me. While discussing with hiring manager we come to know the profile is not suitable.

I felt interview process is slower, and its total 2 rounds with more deep dive into topics understanding, data handlig, scenario based questions, coding questions as well, whatever mentioned in resume will be asked not only requirement for role technology
