The recruiter insisted on getting an interview a few hours away from the schedule which I willingly made time for. The whole interview process went very well. It was well structured and the questions challenged me in a good way. However, after the final interview, all of a sudden my application felt cold and ignored. No detailed feedback was given. I was just informed that another candidate was selected without giving reason why I was not selected. No formal email whatsoever about what happened with my application. Was asked if I would be interested for another final interview for the same position with another hiring manager that would take place within the same week. The time had passed and still no word from the recruitment team. Asked for update twice and they just completely ignored me. Was then asked to fill out a survey of how my application went without any notice whether or not my application is still ongoing or not. I was completely dismayed and disappointed with the way I was treated after giving my time and best effort, just to be left hanging without proper closure.
