Applied in February 2022, recruited made contact in May 2022, first interview call was scheduled in June. On the call the Geneva MD explained how they do not hire based on the projects. I emailed the recruiter asking several questions, they never responded to any of my emails. In quite an arrogant way, they asked to schedule a second call in August with someone who had absolutely no expertise / experience overlap with mine. That person concluded the call suggesting that I be put in touch with a specific division that closely related to my experience in order to move forward. On October 12, or over 8 months after my application, the MD called saying they did not have any project where they needed someone with my profile. By far the most shameful hiring experience I have ever experienced.

The overall interview process was average, but the technical round was the most challenging one. The operations round was also not easy, but it wasn't tough either. I was informed about my selection within 24 hours of the interview.
