I submitted the online application and received an email asking to set up a phone interview a few days later. The first phone interview was with the HR rep. and was basically just to see if I was actually interested in working for Accenture. At the end of the interview the HR rep. told me that I had made it to the next round of interviews. My second interview was also over the phone and was a behavioral interview. I was asked four questions like "Talk about a time when you worked on a team with someone that wasn't a great team player". This interview lasted about 40 minutes. A few hours later I received another email inviting me to come for an office visit. The office visit consisted of two1:1 interviews with senior managers. These interviews were similar to the behavioral interview, but much more conversational. There were 4 or 5 other candidates in the office that day and we were taken out to a fancy lunch by 4 current Analysts. The lunch was a great opportunity to ask questions about working at Accenture that you might not feel comfortable asking one of the interviewers.
