Started with a HR taking all your details about CTC, ECTC, any offers you're holding, etc and then scheduling interviews. After the process another HR calls for offer negotiation. Now the first HR that called and asked about the CTC and ECTC after hearing about the ECTC asked if I am fine with anything more than the offer i am holding. I said we can work with that. But during the final offer negotiation I was old they can't even offer me what I am currently holding but something way below that. The issue is that they misled me into believing something and then did something totally different. On confrontation they just sugar coat things and comment on your state of mind. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL especially from a reputed company like Accenture.

It was a two rounds interview process with HR and Technical round. Technical round was handled was either through phone or video. Questions mainly included on the previous projects worked on and some SQL scenarios

It was just one round of technical interview for 30min. Interviewer first asked questions to understand my basic knowledge. Questions were related to the tool that I worked in my previous projects.
