Very interesting process, I had a brief discuss about the job in my first step of what I was supposed to do. First of all, I had an interview with my future manager and after all, HR called me to another interview where all my benefits were presented. My process was a little differente due to the fact they were rushing to find a new guy to replace the vacancy and also my cv was sent by an employee referrel.
The interview process usually starts with an application and resume screening. If the profile matches the job requirements, the candidate is invited for an interview. The interview may include questions about education, skills, experience, strengths, and career goals.

Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
