The resume is shortlisted by a junior level HR rep after which the HR round takes place on telephone. Profile needs to be made on company website and online aptitude and knowledge test is to be completed. I all goes well, there is a technical round , after which job is offered or the application is rejected.

It's good and consists of 1 round of technical and contains hr questions also they grill you a lot for the position of cfm role and asks many questions regarding accounting and finance be prepared for ind as questions as they deep dive into those

Tres entrevistas con recursos humanos, y dos mánagers y una con un examen práctico para calcular un porcentaje. Preguntas básicas y ambiente bueno, pero no hay crecimiento dentro de la empresa

Varios test y foco en inglés - no tomar rol junior, es demasiado junior y muy poco salario. Ofrecen muchos beneficios extras al salario, pero los salarios suelen ser bajos. Explican el roadmap de carrera que es muy bueno
