Accenture HR Contacted me via my Naukri profile initial details were and salary expectation was asked which I mentioned 9LPA. After Technical Interview my offer is put on hold as they are giving me 6.5LPA and some variables. I have 3 years of experience so this way less. On 18th Oct 2021 had my interview with Accenture. The interview was very easy and the questions were are also straight forward it went for 30 min. On the next day 19th Oct 2021, I got the call from HR and my salary expectation was 8.5 LAP to 9 LPA, HR started discussion from 6.5 LPA, and then she mentioned that we will put your profile on hold as you asked for a 90% hike which they can't give. I tried to understand how much they can give then they mentioned that when will give 6.5LPA and the variable pay of 21 % which will be something around 7.5LPA and no joining bones was there. I have prepared for the interview too much but the interview questions were very simple, So I was also in doubt that will they give me a good salary. I have 3 years of angular experience in angular and the overall experience is 4 years. For the experience of 4 years getting the salary of 6.5 is very less I think I deserve much better than this. The interaction with HR didn't go well there was no argument or any sort of the wrong conversation but the conversation gave me the feeling that they are hiring some labor and they want the cheap labor.
