The worst possible recruiting experience of my life. That has gone on for 4 months. I was tossed around between recruiters only to find out that the position I was being considered for and offered is not what I will be getting. The salary range I gave them was not even taken into consideration when giving an offer and then on top of that after I countered it just sat there. The recruiter told me every day for over week that he had an approved number for me but is waiting for official sign off. I have never in my 30 years career waited this long for a company to accept a counter offer. And still 9 days later there was no decision. So I abandoned ship. I couldn’t hold off any longer

Great process although lengthy with many interviews across multiple areas, very polite and welcoming. Mostly focused on fit and alignment. Driven toward growth in emerging markets. Great over all experience, the recruiter was incredibly helpful
