Had three interviews, two 1:1 interviews and one 1:2 case interview.
Open and friendly work culture. The interviews were held by their consultants and some of them were inexperienced and nervous.
Just relax and try to connect to the ones interviewing since you'll work with them if you get an offer. If you're a graduate, activities outside school is very important. If you have had a period where you have only focused on your studies you shouldn't mention it.

If you work in a project with employees from a company that have to make cutbacks and there is a risk that some people in the project is going to get fired, how do you encourage these people to work and keep their morale up?
Sweden is facing a problem since people are getting older and not enough people are getting born. What should companies do to handle this problem since they are losing employees (that are retiring)?

Interview process was extremely smooth and well coordinated. They give you enough time for Q&A with a lot of scenario based questions to testing your analytical skills. It went really well

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
