Applied to the position through my university career center. First interview was a screening interview where the interviewer discussed my background, interests, goals and what my interest in technology consulting was. The second interview was at the Accenture office. This was a classic behavioral/fit interview where I was asked to describe various situations I have been in and how I dealt with them. The final interview was also at the Accenture office. This consisted of a presentation from current Accenture analysts/consultants, two behavioral interviews with Senior Executives/Managers as well as a lunch with all interviews involved. Overall, the interview process was very friendly and comfortable. They really tried to let you get a good knowledge about the company, the work and the people and what you should expect if you join.
