Was a super profesional interview. It includes many steps wich will help you and the employer decide for the colaboration. The first step is a telephone interview, then you must pass a language test, and the final interview is at the headquarters of the company.
Phone interview with recruiter then interview with HR, hiring manager and team leader. The interview was very mellow, they made me feel comfortable and in good condition to answer questions, I was hired after 20 days

General HR questions like "what is the hardest situation you faced at work and how did you overcome it" or "what is your ideal manager", general accounting questions (prepaids, accruals, financial statements, IFRS...)

Entretien
3 Skype interviews. The first one was a screening phone call to assess my motivations to move to a company in another country.
The second interview was with my current supervisor to make sure I speak the languages that were mandatory for the job.
The third and last interview was to communicate that they wanted me to fulfill the position and the salary they were proposing.
