FYI: This interview was for Accenture Federal Services, a subsidiary of Accenture LLP.
Process was as follows:
- HR Screening; super casual conversation where they explained what the process would like like, fielded any questions I had about the role, tips on how to prepare, etc.
- Over the phone call with Manager: typical rundown of resume, asked what I knew about the role/what I was expecting. Questions about experience, how I would handle certain situations, what I was interested in, and how I felt I could contribute to Accenture
- On site interview (Arlington, VA): two parts; one behavioral interview (resume overview, strengths/weaknesses, experiences working with groups, how I have handled situations, etc). second interview was a case. Fairly straightforward and very little number crunching. Focused on mainly logic (no business background needed) and interviewer gave time to work through it on my own, and then we just had a casual conversation about ideas.
Received call about a week and a half later about offer.
