Not even looked at the candidate resume and called for interview and wasted my time. Conducted in the auditorium which was not like interview only. That HR doesnt have patience to listen what other person is speaking

I did the first interview and they never get back to me. I thought it went well and I was expecting a call back, but nothing happened. I hope they change in the future
