I Got a call from Accenture Recruiter Team and schedule a Telephonic interview. Next day suddenly I got a call from HR and she has taken HR Interview Prior to Technical interview.
after 1 month I got a call from recruiter and schedule Face to Face round. after cleared this
f2f round then Submitted the all the Documents and EAF Information took 10 days and then I got an email from a recruiter that they are initiated the offer.
then as possible, your Talent Coach will make you fool and avoid you.
then in a couple of days, they will totally avoid your emails and phone calls and put Your candidature is on hold. :)
this same process has happened with me twice.

The interview process is very simple. You have to login to their portal for starting the interview and also have the window for coding, no need to share your screen explicitly.

Entretien
For me they took 2 rounds. First is one hour technical in which interviewer asked all scenario based questions. Starting from Salesforce security , soql, apex class, apex trigger, some questions related to lwc events ,lwc decorator. Next is HR round which is having package discussion, work location,etc.
