The Telephonic interview was done by an employee of Accenture who had much lesser experience on the technology that I was interviewed for and lesser experienced in general too. I was being interviewed for a senior position, but the interviewer was interested in some basic interview questions that does not really need experience to answer. Nevertheless, I was only interested in a good pay package which I was not offered though I had totally impressed the senior delivery manager that I met 1:1 in the last round.
