Initially they would review the CV and shortlist if it's matching the job requirements. There will be a phone screening talking about why did you apply for the job, about the skills, salary expectation and the immigration status. Once successful, this will be followed by three rounds of 1:1 interview. Each 1:1 is based on the success of previous 1:1 interview.
