By phone due to overseas company and it just take one call only for about 1 hour. Mostly, they will ask whether we are okay or not if work in high pressure or far from family.
Then communication was by email.

-Phone screening, assessing my opportunities, my salary expectation, then asked the personal 121 with the manager, it was a simple talk. Then we had a language test. What was surprising, they do not specify the amount of money, but after you get the job, they will send you the salary proposal, so it takes more days if you agree or not because you do not know how much money you would get....................
