After I send my motivation I had an online assesment, after that I had a meeting with a HR employee and a Senior manager. When I passed all this I had a talk with the Managing Director of the group I would be placed at

Cosa ne pensi della generative AI e del suo impatto sui processi aziendali?
Trop d'étapes (screening du CV, plusieurs tests cognitifs (tres faciles), entretien téléphonique, entretien dans les bureaux,...) , peu de suivi, comme un numéro. Très peu d'intérêt pour les candidats qui se présentent.

Overall good process, the interviewer was personable and easy to talk to. You should definitely know about Accenture before you go in. Also be prepared with your resume and previous work experience.
