Overall it took 3 weeks. I was referred by an employee and was contacted by the HR for a phone interview the next week. Very basic questions but the trick was that instead of telling me about Accenture, she wanted to know what I knew about Accenture. So, the trick is to skim through the Wikipedia facts just so you look genuinely interested. Then the next day, another phone interview was setup with an employee which was completely behavioral. It had the basic questions of when did I get to manage a team and what was the result. It was key to summarize every answer by saying some keywords which you'll get the vibe she's expecting to hear. Then after two days, I was called in for 2 technical in person interviews. The first one was Excel based experience and what I did pretty much and the second one was more of a conversation. After about 6 business days I got the offer. Overall, a very good process and the HR is extremely helpful.

Primer contacto por linkedin. El mismo día, me enviaron info sobre el screening virtual de inglés, y un test de Rosetta para evaluar el nivel de idioma. Posterior a esto, te puntuan en su base de datos y te contactan para una entrevista grupal. La entrevista grupal (1 semana después), eramos aprox 30 personas. Al principio comentan sobre la empresa, el área y el puesto de trabajo. Te piden una breve presentacion tuya (con unas preguntas guía ejemplo qué estudias, cuantos años tenes, etc.) que puede ser en español o ingles (preferentemente). En esa misma instancia, hacen un par de preguntas disparadoras, y proceden a dividirse en grupos para entrevistas individuales. Luego te llaman o envían email con tu feedback, En mi caso, me llamaron al otro día de la entrevista grupal comentandome la preoferta de forma telefónica, y me dieron tiempo para poder pensarlo.
