Accenture visited the campus for the first time with requrement of Business Analyst (Senior Software Engineer level - Solutions Workforce) profile. The entire recruitment process for a batch of 41 final year MBA students was completed smoothly in one day (12 hrs.). The process consisted of Group Discussion with topics ranging from abstract to present political/economic scenario, followed by a one-to-one technical interview round whih judged the candidate for counsulting apitude and attitude. The next round was of background check with a fillup of few forms. The last round was that of HR consisting of majorly questions to find the suitable alignment of th candidate with te unique work-culture at Accenture. All the rounds were heavily bent on the undersanding the deapth of consulting exposure/experience of the candidate through his/her past emplyment and/or internship. Since much was to do with this, the interview were of discussion format than question-answer round. Finally 2 candidates were offered the profile with scope f further negotiation on salary, based on prior experience.
