talked with recruiter multiple times and throughout the process, had 1 phone interview and one in person. They hire you into the company, and then you find another job/ project. So there are no specifics than can give you on what your work will be like, what your manager will be like, who your team, or even where you will be working. The whole process took about 5 weeks.
