First round of interview was with HR and then a telephonic interview with a guy from technical team and a test as well.
After clearing the telephonic round and a test as well I was informed that I didn't clear HR round, which was surprising because I was interviewed hardly for 2 minutes and a few things she asked was current company, CTC and expected CTC.

Basic AdWords question was asked on telephonic interview but interviewer was focused on the strategies that I follow for AdWords accounts.

They were very clear asking questions about my experience, where I can add value and the my QA process. They also explained the benefits of working at Accenture from the beginning.
My Accenture interview was structured and friendly. The panel focused on problem-solving, teamwork, and real project scenarios. Clear communication, confidence, and understanding company values helped me succeed throughout the process.
Il processo di colloquio con Accenture per la posizione di Digital Marketing Manager è stato strutturato in più fasi. Prima un'intervista telefonica con il team HR, seguita da un test tecnico per valutare le competenze digitali e strategiche. Successivamente, ho partecipato a un colloquio con il manager del team, dove abbiamo discusso dei miei progetti passati, delle strategie di marketing digitale e di come misurare il successo delle campagne. Infine, c'è stato un incontro con il direttore di reparto per una valutazione complessiva delle mie capacità e della mia adattabilità alla cultura aziendale.
